To participate in Cowtown Seed pitch reviews and syndicates, participants must qualify as an accredited investor under U.S. SEC regulations .
Net Worth Standard
Individual or joint net worth exceeding $1,000,000 (excluding primary residence).
Income Standard
Individual annual income exceeding $200,000 (or $300,000 with spouse) in each of the past two years with reasonable expectation for the current year.
Professional Credentials
Holders in good standing of Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82 licenses.
